Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made 90 days or more before the scheduled departure date, unless specified as non-refundable.
Non-refundable bookings will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
Some travel services, such as certain airline tickets or hotel accommodations, are explicitly non-refundable. Refund requests for such services will not be processed unless permitted by the Travel Provider.
Refunds requested within 90 days of departure will depend on the policies of the Travel Provider, which may include partial refunds or penalties.
In the rare event Wizfair LLC cancels or alters a booking, we will provide suitable alternatives or full refunds for the affected portion of your booking.
Refunds or credits for disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) will be determined by the policies of the Travel Provider.
Refunds, changes, and cancellations may incur Post-Ticketing Service Fees in addition to any penalties imposed by Travel Providers.

Fees for ticket reissues, name corrections, or special requests are determined on a case-by-case basis, starting at $40 per ticket.
All Post-Ticketing Service Fees are non-refundable, even if the Travel Provider denies the refund or change request.
Wizfair LLC’s fees are independent of any charges imposed by the airline or Travel Provider, such as fare differences, cancellation penalties, or additional taxes.
Where refunds are not possible, travel credits may be issued, subject to the Travel Provider’s terms and expiration policies.
Failure to cancel prior to the Travel Provider’s specified deadline will result in forfeiture of refund eligibility.
Tickets marked as non-refundable are eligible for refunds only if explicitly permitted by the Travel Provider’s fare rules.
Currency exchange rates and international transaction fees are determined by your bank or card issuer. Wizfair LLC is not responsible for variations in amounts due to currency fluctuations.
Customers must ensure they have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and other necessary permits. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations caused by insufficient documentation.
