Welcome to Wizfair LLC. We appreciate you reviewing these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms, along with your booking confirmation email (“Booking Confirmation”), establish the legal agreement between you and Wizfair LLC regarding your use of our services and the Travel Services provided through our platform. They also govern any communications or interactions you have with us while using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue using our services and refrain from booking any Travel Services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for future reference.

Important Notice: Section 14 contains provisions for arbitration and a class action waiver that apply to claims brought against us in the United States. Please review this section carefully.

Definitions

  1. “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Wizfair LLC, the provider of the services described herein.
  2. “Our Service” refers to our websites, applications, and online tools that enable travel bookings.
  3. “Travel Provider” means the supplier of the Travel Services (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies) offered through our platform.
  4. “Travel Services” include flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other related travel experiences made available through our platform.
  5. “You” refers to the individual accessing our services or making Travel Service bookings through us.

Please read these Terms carefully.

Section 1: Rules and Restrictions

In addition to these Terms, your booking is subject to the Travel Provider’s specific terms and conditions—referred to collectively as “Rules and Restrictions.” These may include, but are not limited to, payment obligations, refund policies, penalties, usage limitations, and availability constraints.

When you make a booking with Wizfair LLC, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the applicable Rules and Restrictions of the selected Travel Provider. These Rules and Restrictions will be presented to you before you finalize your booking and are considered part of these Terms.

Failure to follow a Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions may lead to:

  • Cancellation of your booking
  • Denial of access to the relevant Travel Service
  • Forfeiture of any amounts already paid.
  • Liability for any costs incurred by Wizfair LLC or the Travel Provider due to your non-compliance.

It is your responsibility to review and understand the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions prior to completing your booking.

Section 2: Using Our Service

Purpose and Authorized Use

Wizfair LLC provides its online platform (“Service”) to assist you in finding information about various Travel Services and in making related bookings. You may use our Service solely for these personal, non-commercial purposes.

By using our Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • You will use our Service in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.
  • If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • If you are making a booking on behalf of others, you will obtain their authorization before acting on their behalf, inform them of all applicable terms (including Rules and Restrictions), ensure they agree to these terms, and accept responsibility for any payments, changes, cancellations, or other matters related to the booking.

Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  1. Make any false or fraudulent bookings.
  2. Use automated tools (such as robots, scrapers) or manual processes to access, copy, or monitor our Service without our express permission.
  3. Bypass any security measures or interfere with the operation of our Service.
  4. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  5. Deep-link to any portion of our Service or “frame,” “mirror,” or otherwise incorporate any part of our Service into another website without our prior written permission.

Access and Modifications

We may, at our reasonable discretion, deny access to our Service at any time for any lawful reason. We also reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time without notice

Account Management

To create an account, you must be at least 18 years of age and follow the instructions provided on our Service. Your Wizfair LLC account credentials may enable access to certain affiliated platforms or services that we own or operate. When using any affiliated services, the specific terms and conditions of that platform will apply.

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so by following the account deletion process indicated on our Service. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for more information on your privacy rights, including data deletion or access requests.

How We Order Your Search Results

We strive to present search results that are relevant to you. Our default sorting order is designed to help you quickly find the most suitable options. However, you may choose different sorting methods and apply filters (e.g., by price, guest reviews, or other criteria) to personalize your results. Occasionally, certain paid listings—clearly labeled as “Ad” or an equivalent indicator—may appear among your search results, distinguishing them from other travel options.

Redirection and Third-Party Booking Services

ur Service may redirect you to third-party booking platforms (for example, when arranging car rentals or other services). Please note that any bookings made through such third-party platforms are between you and the third party, not Wizfair LLC. We are not responsible for those bookings and assume no liability in connection with them. The applicable third-party terms and conditions will govern your rights and outline their responsibilities.

Section 3: Confirming a Booking

After you make a booking, we will send a Booking Confirmation to the email address you provided. The Booking Confirmation will include essential details such as the description of the Travel Service(s) and the applicable price. If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us promptly.

Section 4: Payment

Price

The price of the Travel Service(s) will be as displayed on our Service, except in cases of obvious error. Because prices can vary, please be aware that changes made after your booking is confirmed generally will not affect your existing reservation. However, if we discover an obvious pricing error, we may:

  • Offer you the option to proceed with your booking at the correct price, or
  • Cancel your booking without penalty.

Wizfair LLC has no obligation to honor an incorrect (lower) price if the error should have been apparent to you.

Taxes

Prices shown on our Service may include taxes or tax recovery charges (e.g., value-added tax, sales tax, occupancy tax). These amounts may be calculated based on the pre-discounted cost of Travel Services unless a reduction in price is considered relevant for tax calculation purposes.

ur role in collecting and remitting taxes varies by jurisdiction. In many cases, the Travel Providers themselves are responsible for remitting applicable taxes to the appropriate taxing authorities. Actual tax amounts may differ based on time, location, and applicable tax laws. You may also be responsible for certain local taxes—such as city or tourist taxes—that either we or the Travel Provider may collect. We will notify you of any such local taxes before you complete your booking if that information is available to us.

Please note that tax rates and the amounts due can change between your booking date and your travel dates. If the tax rate has increased by the time you use the Travel Service, you may be required to pay the additional amount at the higher rate.

Payment Processing

For certain Travel Services—such as Packages (as defined in Section 6G: Packages)—your payment may be collected in multiple transactions and may appear as charges from more than one entity on your payment method statement. However, the total sum of these charges will not exceed the total price of the booked Travel Services.

When payment is taken at the time you place your booking and is processed in the local currency applicable to our Service, the entity processing your payment (via a third-party payment processor) will be determined by the applicable location associated with our Service.

Despite any governing law or jurisdiction provisions set forth in Section 15 (General) of these Terms, if payment is taken (via third-party processors) by one of our affiliated entities based on your location, the laws of that entity’s jurisdiction will govern your payment transaction.

Please refer to our Privacy Statement for details on how we handle your payment and account information, particularly if you choose to store a credit card, debit card, or other payment method with us for future use.

Payment Verification

You authorize the relevant Wizfair LLC entity or the Travel Provider to:

  • Verify your chosen payment method by requesting a pre-authorization, charging a nominal fee, or employing other verification methods.
  • Upon successful verification, charge your payment method for the booking amount.

Bank and Card-Issuer Fees

Your bank or card issuer may impose additional fees for international or cross-border transactions. For example, if you use a payment card issued in a country different from the Travel Provider’s location or if you choose to transact in a currency other than the local currency of our Service, your card issuer may apply international or cross-border fees.

Certain banks and card issuers also charge currency conversion fees. If the booking currency differs from your payment card’s currency, your card issuer may convert the amount and charge you a conversion fee. If you have questions about these fees or the exchange rate used, please contact your bank or card issuer. Wizfair LLC is not responsible for any exchange rate variations or associated card issuer fees.

Currency Conversion

Any currency conversion rates displayed on our Service are based on publicly available information and current exchange rates, which may fluctuate between the time of booking and the time of travel. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information, Wizfair LLC cannot guarantee the accuracy of such conversion rates, as these factors are outside our control.

Alternative Payment Methods

We may partner with providers offering alternative payment options (such as consumer finance companies) to give you additional payment choices. Wizfair LLC does not endorse or recommend any specific alternative payment provider, nor are we responsible for their content, actions, or omissions. Your use of any alternative payment method is at your own risk and is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

Fraud Prevention

If a booking or account indicates potential fraud, abuse, involvement with a government-sanctioned individual or entity, or other suspicious activity, we may request further information from you.

If we reasonably determine that your booking or account is connected to fraudulent or suspicious behavior, or government-sanctioned individuals or entities, we may:

  • Cancel any associated bookings made under your name, email address, or account.
  • Close any related accounts.
  • Pursue legal remedies, including seeking compensation for losses.

If you believe your booking was canceled or your account closed in error, please contact us for assistance.

Payment Authorization, Terms, and Conditions

By using the services of WIZFAIR LLC, you agree to the following terms regarding payment authorization and travel arrangements:

  1. Payment Authorization You authorize WIZFAIR LLC to use the provided payment information to process payments directly with the relevant travel suppliers for your approved travel plans. You certify that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided and agree not to dispute the payment with your credit card company, provided the transaction aligns with the terms outlined in this agreement.
  2. Review and Responsibility

    You confirm that all trip details, including the itinerary, have been reviewed and are accurate. Any alterations to the trip after approval may incur additional fees.

    You acknowledge that WIZFAIR LLC is a travel agency and not a direct supplier (e.g., hotel, airline), and dissatisfaction with supplier services does not constitute grounds for payment cancellation.

  3. Cancellation and Alteration Terms

    By authorizing payment, you agree to the cancellation terms of all components of your travel arrangements.

    WIZFAIR LLC is not responsible for cancellation fees or voucher issuance policies imposed by third-party suppliers. These fees remain enforceable even in the event of a chargeback.

  4. Travel Documentation and Responsibilities

    You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid and up-to-date travel documents, including passports, visas, and other required proof of citizenship. Any consequences arising from missing or invalid documentation are solely your responsibility.

    You agree to comply with airline check-in requirements, including arriving at least two (2) hours before your scheduled flight. Failure to check in on time may result in denied boarding at your own expense.

  5. Payment Obligations and Deadlines

    You agree to adhere to all payment deadlines associated with your booking. Late final payments may result in forfeiture of your deposit and potential cancellation of your booking.

    Service fees imposed by WIZFAIR LLC are non-refundable and not subject to chargebacks.

  6. Electronic Submission and Binding Agreement

    Submission of this agreement electronically (e.g., via email or facsimile) constitutes the execution of this agreement as if signed in person.

    You acknowledge that WIZFAIR LLC may take legal action to enforce contractual provisions in the event of a chargeback initiated to avoid agreed-upon fees. In such cases, you agree to be liable for all related cancellation fees, attorney fees, and costs incurred by WIZFAIR LLC.

  7. Privacy and Data Use

    By using WIZFAIR LLC’s services, you consent to the use of your personal information as necessary for booking and facilitating travel arrangements. This information may be shared with third parties directly involved in your travel (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation providers).

    WIZFAIR LLC is not responsible for the use of your personal information by third parties after it has been provided to them as required for your travel services.

By proceeding with your booking and payment authorization, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions of WIZFAIR LLC.

Section 5: Cancelling or Changing a Booking

Cancellation or Change by You

If you wish to cancel or modify a booking (including changes to travel dates, destinations, accommodations, or transportation), please contact us through www.wizfaircruise.com

You do not have an automatic right to cancel or change your booking unless permitted by the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions, which are provided to you before you complete your booking. Travel Providers may charge fees for cancellations (full or partial) or changes, as outlined in their Rules and Restrictions. You agree to pay any applicable fees. Please note that if you change your booking, the new arrangements may be subject to different pricing, which could be higher than the original rate—especially if you make changes closer to your departure date.

For example:

  • If you fail to cancel or modify your hotel booking within the property’s specified cancellation period, you may be charged the applicable cancellation or change fee.
  • Some properties do not allow any changes or cancellations once the booking is made.
  • If you reserve a “Pay Later” booking and do not show up or fail to cancel according to the property’s policy, the property may charge a no-show or cancellation fee.
  • If you do not use some or all of the booked Travel Services, any refunds will be subject to the applicable Rules and Restrictions.
  • If multiple travelers are included on a single booking, cancellation charges may apply to each individual traveler.

If a Travel Provider allows a cancellation or change, Wizfair LLC may also charge an administration fee. You will be informed of any such fee before you finalize the cancellation or change.

Other Cancellations or Changes

Your booking may be cancelled if full payment, or any applicable cancellation/change fee, is not received when due.

Travel Providers or Wizfair LLC may occasionally need to cancel or modify a booking due to reasons such as overbooking or unforeseen events (e.g., property closures due to severe weather). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly, offer suitable alternatives if possible, or provide a refund.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Such refunds will be issued by the party that originally received your payment. Wizfair LLC has no visibility into the Travel Provider’s internal refund processing timelines. Fees charged by Wizfair LLC are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated during the booking process.

Section 6: Travel Service-Specific Terms

This section outlines certain terms that may apply depending on the type of Travel Service you book. These details supplement, but do not replace, the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions provided to you prior to booking. If there is any inconsistency, the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions will prevail.

A. Stays (Hotels, Accommodations)

ur platform at www.wizfairtravels.com may offer you the option to “Pay Now” or “Pay Later.” Room rates (including applicable taxes and fees) are displayed accordingly. Tax rates and currency exchange rates may vary between your booking date and your stay date.

  • Pay Now: If you choose “Pay Now,” Wizfair LLC or its authorized payment processor will typically charge your payment method at the time of booking. The total booking amount includes the room rate plus tax recovery charges, service fees, and any applicable taxes on the room rate and/or services. By making the booking, you authorize Wizfair LLC to facilitate payment arrangements with the Travel Provider on your behalf.
  • Pay Later: If you select “Pay Later,” the Travel Provider will generally charge your payment method upon arrival or according to the property’s policies as communicated during the booking process.

Deposits at Check-In

Some properties may require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover incidental expenses. This deposit is separate from any payment made to Wizfair LLC for the booking itself.

No-Show Policies

If you do not arrive for the first night of your stay but still plan to use subsequent nights, you must inform Wizfair LLC in advance. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your entire booking, subject to the property’s Rules and Restrictions on no-shows.

Group Bookings

You may not book more than eight (8) rooms at the same property for the same dates through www.wizfairtravels.com . If you exceed this limit, Wizfair LLC may cancel your bookings and possibly charge a cancellation fee. For bookings exceeding eight rooms, please inquire about group arrangements through our designated group booking options. You may be required to sign a contract or pay a non-refundable deposit.

Property Ratings

Property ratings are intended as general guidelines based on local or national standards and may not reflect amenities or services in your home country. Wizfair LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of property ratings displayed on its platform.

Meals

If your stay includes meals, the number of meals is usually based on the number of nights booked. Full board typically includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner; half board usually includes breakfast and one other meal. No refunds are provided for any unused meals.

C. Flights

Your flight booking contract is between you and the relevant airline (Travel Provider). Flight prices and availability are only guaranteed once your payment is processed and tickets are issued.

  • Low-Cost Flights: Some low-cost carriers may display prices in currencies different from your credit card’s currency. Although we may provide estimates in your local currency, the actual charged amount may vary due to exchange rates or additional fees from your bank or card issuer.
  • Changes and Cancellations of Low-Cost Flights: Some low-cost airlines may only allow changes or cancellations directly through the airline. Wizfair LLC may not be updated if you change or cancel directly with the airline. You should retain all documentation and emails related to such changes.

Site Redirection

When using www.wizfairtravels.com , you may sometimes be redirected to an airline’s website to complete your booking and payment. If this occurs, your contract will be directly with that airline (the “Travel Provider”). Wizfair LLC is not associated with, nor liable for, any bookings completed directly on a Travel Provider’s website.

Flight Terms and Conditions

By booking flights through www.wizfairtravels.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Airline Schedule Changes: Airlines may change or cancel flights due to various reasons (e.g., mechanical issues, weather conditions). If we are notified of changes or cancellations by the airline, we will inform you and assist in exploring available options. However, you should always confirm your flight’s departure time prior to travel.
  • Seating Arrangements: Seat allocation is controlled by the airline. We cannot guarantee that a specific seat will be available, even if pre-booked.
  • Roundtrip Requirements: If you do not use the outbound portion of a roundtrip ticket, the airline may cancel the return flight without providing a refund.
  • Charter and Special Flights: Details regarding the operating airline, flight schedule, aircraft type, itinerary, and stops are provided as guidelines only. These details may change, so review the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions before booking.
  • Additional Airline Fees: Some airlines may charge extra for optional services like meals, checked baggage, or seat selection. Unless such services are bookable through our website, references to these extras and their fees are for information purposes only and may change at the airline’s discretion.
  • Child Travelers: You must comply with the airline’s Rules and Restrictions concerning child passengers. Children older than two (2) years on the return date must have a return ticket at a child fare. Some airlines do not allow refunds for seat charges if the child’s age and ticket type do not match. Unaccompanied minors and additional requirements or restrictions on children’s travel will follow the airline’s terms.
  • Hazardous Materials: It is generally prohibited to carry hazardous materials in your luggage or on your person during air travel.

Combined One-Way Tickets

When available, we may offer the option of booking two one-way tickets instead of a roundtrip ticket. This can increase flexibility and may reduce costs. However, each one-way ticket is subject to its own Rules and Restrictions. If one flight is changed or cancelled by the airline, you may need to adjust the other flight at your own expense. We will inform you if you are booking separate one-way tickets so you can decide if this option is suitable for you.

Air Miles and Vouchers

Frequent flyer miles, loyalty program vouchers, or similar credits may not be redeemed through www.wizfairtravels.com . Please contact our customer service team for further information.

Operating Airlines

ccasionally, a flight you book may be operated by an airline different from the one indicated at the time of booking. If this is the case, the actual operating airline will be displayed during the booking process. Your payment method statement will show charges from the airline issuing your ticket.

No-Show or Cancellation for Flights

If you miss your flight (no-show) or cancel your reservation, you may be eligible for a refund of certain airport taxes and fees included in your original fare. To request such a refund, please contact us, and we will submit your request to the airline on your behalf.

Airline Liability

Airline liability, including limits on damages for personal injury, death, and other losses, is typically governed by applicable laws, international treaties, and the airline’s own Rules and Restrictions.

D. Car Rentals

Payment and Requirements

For some car rental bookings, payment may be collected by the Travel Provider rather than Wizfair LLC.

When picking up your rental vehicle, the named driver must present a valid credit card accepted by the Travel Provider. Debit cards are generally not accepted. The Travel Provider may place a hold (authorization) on your credit card as a deposit. Ensure that you have a sufficient credit limit. Certain vehicle categories may require two credit cards.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the Travel Provider declining to release the car, and you may be charged up to the full rental price in accordance with their Rules and Restrictions.

Additional Charges

Extra charges (e.g., fuel, snow tires, additional driver fees, young driver surcharges, child seats, delivery/collection fees) may be payable directly to the Travel Provider at the rental location. Wizfair LLC is not responsible for these charges. Optional extras are subject to availability.

An insurance excess may apply if the vehicle is stolen or damaged. This varies by Travel Provider and destination. Optional local insurance purchases can reduce or remove the excess, but Wizfair LLC is not responsible for providing this coverage.

Unless agreed otherwise, you must return the rental car to the same location where you picked it up.

Collection and Use of Rental Cars

Drivers typically must be between 21 and 75 years old, but this can vary. Additional charges may apply for younger or older drivers. Valid driver’s licenses, potentially an international driving permit, and other documentation (passport, proof of address) may be required at pickup. Restrictions on travel outside the rental country or via ferry may apply.

Cancellations and Unused Days

No refunds are available for cancellations made within six (6) hours of the scheduled pickup time or for unused rental days.

E. Cruises

Some cruise Travel Providers may require you to sign a liability waiver before participating in the cruise or related activities.

F. Things to Do (Activities, Tours, Events)

Some Travel Providers offering activities or “Things to Do” may require you to sign a liability waiver before participation. These activities are generally non-transferable and non-refundable unless the Travel Provider cancels them. Changes to these bookings are usually not permitted unless stated otherwise by the Travel Provider.

G. Packages

A “Package” is created when you book multiple Travel Services together at the same time through www.wizfairtravels.com (such as a hotel and a flight). Each Travel Service within a Package is governed by its own Rules and Restrictions, as well as these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions, the Rules and Restrictions will apply.

Section 7: International Travel

International Travel Risks

Traveling to certain international destinations may involve risks. Before booking and traveling, review all relevant government-issued travel warnings and advisories. Keep an eye on these advisories throughout your trip to anticipate and minimize potential disruptions.

Health Requirements

Check recommended and required vaccinations or inoculations, which may change at any time. Consult a healthcare professional before departure. You are responsible for meeting all health entry requirements, obtaining appropriate vaccinations, taking recommended medications, and following medical advice for your destination.

Passport and Visa

It is your responsibility to have a valid passport, visa, and all other necessary travel documents. Requirements may vary and can change, so confirm them with the relevant embassies or consulates well before your departure. Wizfair LLC is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry into any country due to improper documentation.

Some governments may require airlines and cruise lines to provide passenger information. If you have questions, contact the airline directly.

Wizfair LLC does not warrant that international travel is risk-free and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from traveling to certain destinations.

Post-Ticketing Service Fees and Related Terms & Conditions

At Wizfair LLC, we understand that travel plans can change for a variety of reasons. Our Post-Ticketing Service Fees (“Service Fees”) apply when you request modifications to your travel arrangements after your tickets have been issued. These Service Fees help cover the cost of the additional time, resources, and administrative work required to process cancellations, refunds, changes, and other post-purchase requests. By using www.wizfairtravels.com and engaging Wizfair LLC’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Application

Post-Ticketing Service Fees apply to any action taken on an existing reservation after the original ticket has been issued. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, changes, refunds, revalidations, reissues, name corrections, special service requests, and obtaining future travel credits.

2.General Principles

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All Post-Ticketing Service Fees collected by Wizfair LLC are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your request. This is due to the administrative costs incurred upon initiating the request.
  • Additional to Airline and Provider Charges: Our Service Fees are charged on top of any fare differences, penalties, taxes, or other charges that airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, or other Travel Providers may impose.
  • Subject to Change: All fees are subject to change without prior notice. The fees in effect at the time you make a request will apply.
  • Per-Passenger, Per-Ticket Basis: Service Fees apply individually to each passenger and each ticket involved in the request.

3. Airline Refunds and Future Credits

  • Airline Rules Prevail: Refunds and future credits depend entirely on the airline’s fare rules, terms, and conditions. Airlines may have specific eligibility criteria, blackout dates, or processing times.
  • Wizfair LLC Administration: Wizfair LLC charges a per-passenger, per-ticket Service Fee for processing refund or credit requests, in addition to any airline-imposed penalties.
  • Refund Authorization: A refund is only available if all the following conditions are met:

    The airline’s fare rules allow for cancellation and refunds.

    Wizfair LLC has received and agreed to process your refund request.

    You are not classified as a “no show” (i.e., you did not fail to appear for your flight or trip without prior notice or cancellation).

  • Special Service Fees: Wizfair LLC will charge a Service Fee at the time of your request. If the airline or Travel Provider denies your request, only fees collected by Wizfair LLC for that specific request may be non-refundable. Please note that the airline or Travel Provider might not refund charges they have imposed.
  • Documentation and Communication: You may be required to provide medical certificates, supporting documents, or additional information before the airline or Travel Provider will consider your request.

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • Airline Fare Rules: Every airline has unique fare rules that dictate eligibility for changes or cancellations. These may include deadlines, penalties, blackout dates, or other restrictions.

  • Processing Times: While we strive to process requests promptly, response times can vary based on the complexity of the itinerary, airline processing times, and waiver approvals. Any delays on the Travel Provider’s end do not negate or reduce Wizfair LLC’s Service Fees.

9. No Guarantees of Outcome

  • Approval by Providers: Wizfair LLC cannot guarantee that any request for a refund, credit, waiver, or modification will be approved by the airline or Travel Provider. Our role is limited to facilitating communication and transactions between you and the Travel Provider.
  • No Refund of Service Fees for Unapproved Requests: If the Travel Provider rejects your request, you remain responsible for the non-refundable Service Fees charged by Wizfair LLC.

10. Limitations of Liability

  • Indirect or Consequential Loss: Wizfair LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, refusals, or the Travel Provider’s policies regarding refunds, credits, or changes.

Indemnity
